A BOLD VISION FOR INCLUSIVE NIGHTLIFE
We worked with the world’s most artful drinks brand, Absolut, and experiential agency Swamp on the creative and inclusive nightlife project Absolut X, and its pilot event in Stockholm. Drawing on rave culture, we created an identity and flexible graphic system to engage diverse communities to come together and mix it up. Crafting an original take on inclusive clubbing, we drew inspiration from the high energy, immersive experience of the event itself.

The bold and vivid visuals used bespoke motion patterns based on neon rave lighting reflecting off clear liquid as a way of connecting the product with the event. And the iconic bottle silhouette shape was used as a repeat device that acted as a portal to the event in both real life and in magnetic online content.

The identity and graphic system brought Absolut X to life in Swamp’s immersive 3D design, and across social, print and staff merch. The event supercharged Absolut’s cultural collaboration and helped achieve its aim of building safe spaces for communities to mix together and drive positive change.
